The Miami Hooters is a franchise primarily recognized by the Arena Football League. Its debut in the league began as the Sacramento Attack in 1992, lasting only a single season until moving to Miami, Florida to form the Hooters. The name is a direct reference to the Hooters restaurant chain of the same name. The Hooters would play three seasons between 1993 and 1995 before relocating again to form the Florida Bobcats. The franchise would fold following the 2001 season.
