Arthur Hobbs (born November 18, 1989) is an American football defensive back for the Atlantic City Blackjacks of the Arena Football League. After bouncing between the NFL and the CFL, Hobbs first wound up on an AFL roster in 2015 with the Orlando Predators. However, Hobbs would continuously be put on reassignment and consequently re-sign with the Predators for the next two years, participating in only a single game in 2016. After the Predators folded, Hobbs signed with the Tampa Bay Storm, where he again only saw limited action, but did play in the Storm's postseason run. Signing with the Albany Empire in 2018, he was finally able to play for a major part of the season. This trend would continue in 2019 with the Blackjacks, where he started every game.
